With over ten years of combined service, we bring forward a wide range of condominium management solutions. Our team has worked with over twenty Maine communities, identifying how to clear administrative clutter, simplify the management process, and move communities further, faster.
As the founder of CondoHQ,LLC, Sarah brings a wealth of experience in condominium association management to the table. With over nine years working directly in the Carrabassett Valley community, and over four years of dedicated service in the condominium industry with direct management experience, Sarah is committed to redefining and elevating the way condo communities are managed and connected in Maine.
Patrice has been a full time resident of the Carrabassett Valley/Kingfield community for over thirty seven years. Prior to her two years in association management, Patrice was an Event Coordinator for many years. Her organization, ability to listen, and implement fast effective solutions are skills she looks forward to continuing to utilize with innovative project management services.
Samantha joined our team in 2024, and has been the face of CondoHQ working in our main office handling the majority of our day to day operations including homeowner interactions and service provider needs. Samantha is committed to providing top notch customer service, and providing our clients as well as our area providers with consistent and reliable service.
