Job Summary:
CondoHQ, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong office organization skills, excellent communication abilities, and confidence using modern office software including Microsoft applications.
This role is client-facing and plays an important part in ensuring smooth communication between homeowners, boards, vendors, and internal operations staff. The Administrative Assistant helps keep CondoHQ organized, responsive, and professional in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Requirements:
CondoHQ is now seeking reliable individuals for snow shoveling labor on a part-time, on-call basis during the 2025-2026 winter season.
Work is dependent on weather; hours would be from 8:00am until 3:00pm on scheduled work days.
Monthly bonuses will be available for showing up each day you are called in within a given month, and transportation to and from our main office in Kingfield can be arranged each work day.
Communications regarding work expectations are sent 48 hours in advance and reconfirmed within 24 hours.
