• Providing administrative support during annual meetings, such as recording minutes and facilitating discussions.

• Maintaining accurate records of governing documents, including bylaws, CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions), and rules and regulations.
• Providing access to governing documents for association members and facilitating updates or amendments as necessary.
• Enforcing association rules and regulations in a fair and consistent manner.
• Responding to homeowner inquiries and addressing violations through appropriate channels.
• Governance advisory services including collaboration with Maine condominium attorneys to address complex legal issues or disputes.
• Assistance with the implementation and compliance of new state and local laws.

• Obtaining and managing insurance coverage for the association, including property, liability, and directors and officers (D&O) insurance. We work with our various network of agents to understand the market conditions each year, and allows the Associations we manage to have the flexibility to shop insurance proactively, rather than reactively.
